Tune in to BBC TWO at 8:30pm this Monday evening (1 November) to catch René Redzepi and NOMA in the penultimate episode of MasterChef: The Professionals.

During episode 16 the three finalists will be given a master class in NOMA's innovative philosophy, before being asked to prepare dishes for René. The finalists will also have to take charge of the restaurant kitchen and serve the lunch service to critical diners, before finally returning to the Masterchef kitchen where they must demonstrate what they have learnt from their experience.

It is the second time that NOMA has played a part in the Masterchef series - last year the restaurant was the location of the final for the main series (non-professional).

Episode 17, the final of Masterchef: The Professionals, will be broadcast on BBC TWO on Tuesday 2 November
